About this event

Mason's Student Health Services and the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being are pleased to offer Mental Health First Aid Training at no cost to members of the George Mason University community (faculty, staff, students). The training will be offered via Zoom.

This 8-hour training will be split into two 4-hour sessions. You must attend both sessions to earn the three-year Mental Health First Aid certification.

Sessions will be held from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on December 5 and December 6.

While participants receive an electronic version of an older edition of the companion handbook at no cost, we strongly encourage participants to purchase a copy of the updated handbook for $18.95. Details will be provided to those who register.

We ask that you use your Mason email address to register for this training. You can direct questions to Katie Clare at kclare@gmu.edu.
